We currently ship to Switzerland and the European Union. For orders outside these regions, please contact us at contact@swissnovagene.com.

2. Shipping costs

Standard shipping: EUR 5.90 (free on orders above EUR 99).

Express shipping: EUR 12.90.

3. Delivery times

Switzerland: 2–4 business days.

European Union: 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

4. Order processing

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

5. Customs and duties

For deliveries outside Switzerland, import duties and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
