Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your right to return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. This is in addition to any rights you have under applicable Swiss or EU consumer protection law.
2. Conditions
Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. We cannot accept returns of opened or partially used supplements for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. How to request a return
Email contact@swissnovagene.com with your order number. We will confirm the return address and process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
4. Refund processing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
5. Defective products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at contact@swissnovagene.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
